Payment methods

a) Payment by Debit or Credit Card:

Credit Card Payment: Our online store accepts all Visa and Mastercard credit cards. Your transactions in our online store are protected by top online security systems that guarantee a secure trading environment.

b) Payment upon receipt of the order at your place (COD) available only for Greece:

You can pay for your order upon delivery to your place, paying the total amount of your order to the distributor who will deliver the products to you. Cash on delivery costs 2,5€ per shipment.

c) Payment via Direct Bank Transfer:

You can pay for your order through Web Banking, Mobile Banking and Phone Banking by depositing in the Bank account of the Company:

Shipping methods

Prodcucts are sent all over Greece through the transport companies ACS (Door-Door) or ELTA Courier. The shipping cost is € 3.5. Shipping costs to Cyprus and some selected EU countries are 15€

For purchases over 50 € the shipping costs are free.*

Orders are shipped in 1-5 working days within Attica and the rest of Greece. Inaccessible areas are excluded where 5-7 working days are needed. In case your order can not be executed, due to force majeure (strikes, bad weather, pandemics, etc.), we will contact you to let us know if you wish to execute it.

During promotional periods, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual due to the large volume of orders placed in our system.

*Valid for shipments throughout Greece only. Shipping costs do not include the cost of cash on delivery (+ 2,5 € per order).
